The one-on-one conversations that take place between Conversation Partners forge connections that strengthen members and the Network as a whole.

  • What is Conversation Partners?
The Conversation Partners program creates intimate settings for members to get to know one another on a professional and personal level while creating meaningful connections.
  • How does it work?
Two Network members are matched twice a year. Conversation Partners typically meet at least three times during the period. The goal of Conversation Partners is to establish relationships outside of our common circles that will endure long after the assigned period.
  • What are the benefits of having a Conversation Partner?
Conversation Partners broaden our social and professional circles. By opting into the Conversation Partners program, you are gaining access to other working women, at various stages of their careers, from whom you can seek counsel and perspective.
  • How do I become a Conversation Partner?
All members of the REACH Women’s Network of Winston-Salem are eligible to become a Conversation Partner. If you are a member and want to be paired up as a Conversation Partner, contact Joanne Davidson.

"

The Conversation Partners concept is simple but powerful! It forced me out of my comfort zone and into a life-giving friendship with a prior stranger. We talked for nearly three hours over lunch, swapping stories about career paths, people of influence in our lives, and what we want to do next in our lives and careers. I now feel like I can call or text her any time I need some outside perspective or encouragement.
